Yes, we play dumb but that's only as not to embarrass fool hearty female naysayers and ne'er-do-wells of the fairer sex that if not for our willingness to let them think we aren't all powerful. they would die holding their breath for a gentleman to find himself bewildered by the happenstances of daily life. MANDOM Presents...Where's Your Sexy?

No man wants a woman with absolutely no sex appeal.  I'm not saying that you have to walk around everyday in your "Freak 'em dress" but every now and then isn't asking too much.  We all know that men are more visual while us women are more emotional.  They're turned on by what they see.  If you are one of those women that go all out in the dating stage and then once you have him you let yourself go...you'll find yourself alone at the same club he found you in. 

Getting a man is the easy part.  When he meets you you're all done up.  Whenever you guys go out on a date you're fly as hell!  Hair done, makeup just right, jeans fitting tight and stiletto heels to top it all off!  But once you've got him things start to change.  You find yourself lounging around in slippers and old sweats.  Now I'm not saying you have to be laid out in lingerie and strippers shoes every night but if you're gonna go "comfortable" with it throw on some boy shorts and a cut-off tee.  If that's not your style then go for the good ol' t-shirt and panties.  It hasn't steered me wrong yet.  Ladies when I say panties I don't mean the big old cotton fruit of the loom ones.  Save those for that special time of the month.  When it comes to men...the smaller the panties the better!

I know some people are reading this and going, "That's just not me.  I'm not a hoe!"  I'm not saying you are or that you HAVE to be one to keep a man.  I'm just saying that you have to keep doing whatever it is you were doing when you snagged him.  If you were looking hella sexy the night he met you it's safe to assume that that's what he likes and that's probably what he'll expect from you should you guys enter into a relationship.

Before you really get to know each other and figure out what turns him on, it's all about your presentation.  It's the way you look at him, the way you speak to him, your conversation, and yes...your outer appearance.  We'd all be lying to ourselves if we said looks didn't play a role in the initial attraction. 

Once you get to know him a little better and you've figured out what turns him on, give it to him.  Every man is different.  You have to learn yours.  Some men are turned on by an intelligent woman, dressed in a business suit and heels.  Her hair is pulled back in a bun with glasses resting on the tip of her nose.  You have to learn your man.  He may not want to see you in stripper shoes every Friday night.  You have to switch it up.  The key to a lasting relationship is to keep things fresh. 

A lot of men seek women who have what someone I know calls "switch game."  What is "switch game?"  It's the ability to be presentable, poised and well spoken in public but behind closed doors you're the freak he needs you to be.  It's called "switch game" because you can switch back and forth between the two roles as need be.  It's exactly like the whole "freak in the bedroom but a lady in public" concept.  A lot of men love that!

Ashley Logan is from a "little city" called Titusville FL. That is in between Daytona Beach and Orlando. You have seen me in a lot of Music Videos and Magazines. But you would definitely remember me from the Howard Stern Show performing with Flo Rida.

You graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Criminal Justice. What made you decide to pursue that?

I initially wanted to become a Social Worker. But when I found out you couldn't' get your degree online in that field I switched to Criminal Justice. I came to the conclusion I wanted to work in the court house as a court reporter.

MANDOM Presents...That's Just My Baby Daddy!

It's rare to find somebody without a kid these days.  I know there are a few of you who can do whatever you want at the drop of a dime, but for some of us that luxury was taken away from never to be seen by the light of day again. Anyways, most of us either has kids or is dating someone with kids. Whether you have children or not here are some things you have to remember when your boo has a breadsnatcher or 6.

Acknowledge The Baby:  Sometimes, you might feel uncomfortable asking about or showing an interest in someone's children because you don't want them to think that you are trying to "get close" to the kids, but that doesn't mean act like the kid doesn't exist.

Time Is Limited: When you have kids, you do not have your own schedule. At any given point something can come up, go down or go wrong and your whole day has taken a drastic turn. Aside from that, you always have to line up a babysitter or even skip out on the more exciting things in life just to stay home and play duck duck goose with the baby. When dating a parent, understand that a babysitter is not always available or affordable and sometimes they just have to stay home.

Respect The Other Parent: Too many times you might hear her talk about her baby daddy but that does not give you the right to. It doesn't mean that she has feelings for him, misses him or is taking up for him it's more of a respect thing. So in front of the kid or not, good baby mama or not, leave the name calling alone. Always be respectful even if it means speaking when you don't want to. If the baby mama/daddy isn't horrible at being a parent, your boo doesn't need to add you guys not getting along to the list of things they stress about.

Don't Offer Advice If It Isn't Asked: When you have a kid, it's always somebody somewhere offering their .12. Somebody is always gonna have something smart to say about how you discipline, what they ate for dinner or what kind of shoes your kid has on. People don't wanna hear that from the person who is supposed your comforter. Of course if you see unethical or abusive behaviors then yes you need to say something but if you think he should have taken the PSP for 3 weeks instead of 2 then you should probably let that slide. 

Be Comforting: This is something that should be done in any relationship whether or not kids are involved however being a parent increases your stress level about 12 million percent. Do whatever it may take to help your pillow buddy feel better. Listening to them rant about PTA meetings, cooking dinner, or even taking the kid(s) out to dinner yourself should help them feel a little better at the end of the day.

Don't Force Yourself On the Breadsnatchers: When you have children their safety and protection become one of the top priorities in your life. You can't go around introducing them to every Tom, Dick and Harry you meet at the bar. Tom, Dick and Harry have to understand. When a parent feels like they can trust you around their children, supervised or not, you'll meet the kids. It doesn't mean that he/she think you like to play in the kiddie pool, people just have to be cautious about who they bring around their children.

Make An Effort To Connect With The Breadsnatchers: Once you do meet the kids, try to befriend them. Don't automatically take on the parental role because after all, you are not the father (LOL). Try to let the kid know that you aren't there to replace their mother/father but to add value to their lives. Find out what he/she is interested in and see what levels you guys can connect on.

Dating someone with a kid is really only as complicated as you guys make it. Treat the situation with understanding and patience and things should go smoothly.

The Road To Super Bowl XLIII

Who on Earth would have thought that the Arizona Cardinals would play in the Super Bowl, not just this year, but in all of ever?  Usually a 9-7 team doesn't even make the playoffs let alone host the conference championship as a four seed. Congratulations are definitely in order for everyone in that franchise.  The Cards have had a talented team for a number of years but it seemed as if no one could get the team to play to their potential until former Pittsburgh Steeler assistant coach, Ken Whisenhunt came to town.  As a disciple of The Great Chin Bill Cowher you would think that he would have turned the Cardinals into a smashmouth team with smoldering defense and a sturdy running game.  Not quite.  The Cardinals only averaged 78 yards on the ground, good for dead last in the NFL; and gave up 321 offensive yards on defense per game. So you really can't blame all the experts such as the handsome one they call Mallz for counting them out througout the playoffs.  They defeated a promising Atlanta Falcons team, stunned one of the top NFC teams in the Carolina Panthers by picking off Jake DelFavrehomme five times and survived a spirited second half comeback from the Eagles to become champions of the National Football Conference.


On the other hand, I can't say the Pittsburgh Steelers going to Tampa came as a big surprise to a lot of people.  Most of the players on that team were on the championship team of Super Bowl XL.  There have been some bumps along the way.  The usually inpenetrable offensive line was banged up most of the season and Ben Roethlisberger spent a lot of his time getting punched in the mouth. Pittsburgh has burned through a few running backs, not as bad as the Broncos but they were getting rather thin in the backfield.  And lastly, a scary concussion for Big Ben at the end of the season.  The one constant, other than Mike Tomlin's seamless edge up was that defense.  Defensive Player of the Year, James Harrison and that new age Steel Curtain have only allowed 80 yards on the ground and 157 yards passing for the year.  Opposing teams scored just under 14 points per game and they had 29 takeaways.  Sounds like Steeler football to me.  The Steelers road through the playoffs wasn't as dramatic as they outgunned the ailing San Diego Chargers 35-24 and played a hard hitting conference final against division rival Baltimore where Hines Ward injured his knee and Willis McGahee left on a stretcher.

And if anything saved the dryness of the film it was the oozing, wet, sex appeal of Eva Mendes. We can't get enough of that at MANDOM. We can't argue with Eva Mendes being at the top. Meagan Fox following up at second. No problem!

HOWEVER... we hold some reservations with where some of the others ended up. Beyonce at 50? I mean to be nominated period in the millions of women who were nominated that's a great number. But you get what we're getting at. Other notables that caught our attention, Rihanna is 8; Emmanuelle Chriqui is 12; Halle Berry is 13; Selita Ebanks 17; Gisele Bundche is 28; Misa Campo 32; Zoe Saldana is 42. We'll pause right there.
