John Webster, 27, Says Rodrigo Carpio, 6, Put Him In The Hospital

A 6-year old, Rodrigo Carpio, is being accusded by the 27-year old 5'10 220lb former Division III college football player, John Webster, for $10K in damages for serving him a thorough beatdown.

"It's very humiliating and defaming, but at the same time, it's true. He was very, very strong. He was kicking me, using the heel of his feet to kick me in my legs. He spun around and belted me right directly in the right knee. And I was trying to move back away but I was by the stairs and stuff so I heard a big pop to my knee," -- John Webster

Webster wants $10K from the Department of Education to reimburse for his medical bills.
