Did anyone actually get to cop anything from that restock? That shit pissed me off like most sneaker releases do. Anyway let’s get into it.

On the 21st New Balance released the 574 in Brown and Black. These are also known as the “Marathon” edition. They were made in collaboration with Boston-based retailer, The Tannery. The word “Boston” is found on the midsole of the sneaker with a brown-based leather upper with grey and black accents. This is a limited released and were retailed at $170. With the Boston Marathon Bombing reunion just passing I gotta say I dig these. Don’t know if any of the proceeds from the sneaker went to the victims or the family members of the ones that lost their life or not but still a dope idea. I like the sneaker as well without the story behind them. Can never go wrong with a pair of 574’s if you ask me.

Another pair of 574’s being released on the 25th are a collaboration with the South Africa-based boutique, Shelflife and local designer Dr. Z teamed up with New Balance for the “City of Gold” edition of the 574. They come in a black, grey and gold colorway and were inspired by the city of Johannesburg. With a black and grey based upper made of premium materials and reflective 3M panels. The also include the “detachable” N logo’s on the sides with a cricket logo on the lace locks. This is also a limited release and you can find them first at Shelflife with a worldwide drop afterwards. You can pick these up for $175. These are dope. Love the colorway. Can do without the paint speckles on the midsole but for the most part I love them. The detachable N is a dope concept and would have been iller if they came with “N’s” that you could swap out. Like laces. It kind of looks like from the pictures that might be the case too. I see one with the designed up N and then a pair with just the yellow one. Pay me New Balance! I posted a few pictures so you can see the details of the sneaker. Quite dope!

I thought these released already but I guess I was tricked! Looks the the Nike SC Trainer “Broken Bats” are supposed to be released on the 25th. Dope!! Of course if you read my post of these a while back you will know that I want these shits like no other. Again these were made to pay homage to Bo Jacksons baseball career. They come in a white-based upper with grey and royal blue accents with a full icy blue translucent outsole. They have Broken Bats written on the bottom, a “Techmo Bo” 8 Bit graphic on the tongue in his Kansas City Royals uniform which just really sets the shoe off! These are of course a limited release and can be picked up for $130 if you get them from someone other than a reseller. If you have to pay a reseller you probably $200 and up for these. I’m not going to get deep on these as I have already spoken on them once.

Another Instapump Fury release known as the “Tricolor” edition. They come in black, Reebok royal, white and Reebok Red. These are a limited release and can be picked up on the 25th for $175. These are dope!!! The colorway is really ill. Why is it that every dope sneaker is a limited release. C'mon Nike, Reebok, Adidas and whatever other shoe company. You guys do understand that this is why people get beat up and shot over sneakers right. And why people have to sit outside for 3 days just to pay their hard earned money of for some shoes. Not to mention the treasure hunt you have to go through just to get a pair of sneakers these days. Making these limited releases are killing your pockets. Not really but just think how much MORE money you would make if you made an ample amount. Or just send me all the shoes I say are dope for free. Either works because I don’t care what anyone else gets.

Nike is releasing a new colorway of the Air Bakin. These come in a Midnight Navy/Metallic Silver-Photo Blue. I started to grab the first colorway that came out but I said nah. These are dope but not as dope. They will be released on the 26th for $150 and it’s a general release so I don’t think you have to break your neck to cop them if you want them. The colorway is ill. Cant really go wrong with blue/grey (metallic silver).

Personally I think these are ill as shit! The Clarks Kildare is set to drop on the 26th in two different colorways. One will be a Red/Gum and the other a Charcoal/Salmon-Gum. These were created in collaboration with Ronnie Fieg and I can say I have loved almost every collab he has been involved with. The red ones are FIRE!!!! Not so much the Charcoal/Salmon joints. Those are dope too but that red and gum together just fit. I hope they make more colorways of these. They kind of look like a Wally with a sneaker “freak” to them. Trust me I will be trying to get the red ones. You can pick them up exclusively at Kith in store or online for $160 which isn’t a bad price at all. If I remember correctly the old Wally’s were like $139 so I’ll pay $160 for the freaked out 2014 joints. Stay tuned because if I cop them you will be sure to see a picture of them on my feet.

The Nike Dunk Low Premium Multicolor/Black-White aka the “Hacky Sack” edition of the SB Low will be released on the 26th. Not a big Dunk head myself but I know a lot of cats that are and they will probably want to add these to the collection for no other reason than they are Dunks. Kind of like Jordans. Heads try to get every pair possible just to say they have them. I’ve been known to “almost” cop a pair that were really dope to me but these don’t make me want to cop them. The multicolor shit just not for me. If you want them though they are going for the low of $90 so get on your job.

And what would a release week be like with no LeBron releases. Nike is dropping the LeBron 11 EXT Denim QS in Black/Black-Denim. I’m still mad I missed those Blue Suede joints that were released a few weeks ago. “EXT” must mean you gotta do some “EXT”ra shit to get them because I couldn’t find them anywhere. Not really excited about these. They are dope but not as dope as the suede joints. I do like the leather on these joints though. Looks “expensive” and the denim isn’t bad either. You want these you can cop them for $250 on the 26th. I might try them on at least to see how they look. My mind are on the Clarks right now though.

Adidas is dropping the Consortium Campus 80’s Primeknit in 3 different colorways on the 26th as well. One in Dark Navy/Running White, another in Grey/Running White and the last in a Light Maroon/Running White. All are a limited release and will be released for $170 at select Adidas Consortium accounts. I like all three shoes actually. Simple but still fresh and stylish. Some “chilling looking fly in some sweats, a t-shirt and some sneakers” type shit. And the way I be chilling 24/7-365 these would work for me.

In addition to the Consortium releases Adidas will also release the Reebok GL 6000 in Olive/Tan. Burn Rubber (Detroit) and Distinct Life teamed up with Reebok for this collaboration. These is part 2 of the 4 part series. They feature Distinct Life’s signature “Ghost Camo” pattern which is indented on the premium leather olive upper. Tonal green mesh and nubuck and tan accents finish these off. These will be a limited released and can be found in-store exclusively at Burn Rubber and online for a price that is TBA. You can guarantee if you want these you will pay upwards of $150. This is a very dope sneaker though. Love the colorway. Olive is probably one of my favorite colors that I don’t have enough of anymore. Gotta get back on that. Anyway hit up the folks at Burn Rubber if you are trying to cop these. They have a lot of dope shit from sneakers to clothing and hats.

And yet another LeBron release for you this weekend. The LeBron 11 Low in Light Base Grey/Light Crimson-Base Grey. I don’t know about these up. They “crimson” almost looks pink if you ask me. I can do without them. They will be released on the 26th for $170 and I have a feeling that these will be on the shelf for you at least 2 weeks after release day. I just don’t see a lot of people going crazy for these. I guess if you got a dope Grey/Crimson hate or shirt or something that you’ve been waiting to rock but just haven’t had the sneakers to do so then you might as well go ahead and get these or wait until the next Grey/Crimson sneaker comes out that you fall in love with.

For the ladies and festive cats of the world Nike will release the Nike Dunk Sky Hi Liberty Women’s in Blue Recall/White. This shoe is a part of the “Liberty” collection. With a blue-based upper and a unique liberty print throughout. They are finished off with white accents and a gum sole (never can go wrong with a gum sole) Ladies might actually dig these. I can’t really say they are hot or not. They cool though. You really have to get a ladies opinion on these though. Also a part of the “Liberty” collection releasing on the 26th are the Nike Roshe Run and the Nike Air Max ’90 and lastly the Nike Blazer Mid. All made for women. The Air Max ‘90’s are pretty ill! If they dropped those in mens I def try to get a pair. The Dunk Sky Hi will run you ladies $140, the Nike Roshe is $95, the Air Max 90 is $110 and the Blazer is a flat $100. So ladies if you tryna get them feets right this weekend you might want to check these out. For the festive dudes too!

On the 27th Nike will release another colorway of the Nike Air Tech Challenge Huarache. These come in Black, turbo green and light crimson and will be a general release. You can pick these up for $135 if you want them. Nothing special. And definitely not a Huarache I’m familiar with. These shits are really a challenge if you ask me. A challenge to buy, wear and look at for the most part. Probably an ill Basketball shoe but other than that I don’t really know where or if you would wanna rock these. They kind of look cheap if you ask me. But you didn’t so I’ll shut up.

And the last ones for this week are the Saucony Grid 9000 in Orange and Blue. This is an Extra Butter x Saucony collaboration known as the “Space Rack” Pack. This three shoe installment kicks off with the “Aces”. Orange based upper made of nylon and suede with reflective 3M accents, interchangeable NASA-inspired Extra Butter branding patches along with blue laces and white stars. This is a limited release and can be found exclusively at Extra Butter’s Orchard Street and Rockville Centre locations with an online release. The tag on them is $130. These are cool. Not corny but not a “must have” in my opinion. Maybe its that bright ass orange. Either way I give these like a 7. What you think is totally up to you. If you want them you know where to get them!
